Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom orders. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the delivery date.

 

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders include any items specifically made or modified according to your specifications.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date to obtain a return authorization.

 

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of sending and returning items for refunds or exchanges.

 

Using a dependable shipping method that includes tracking and insurance for returns is advisable.

 

The customer accepts full responsibility for any damage or loss that may happen during return shipping.

 

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy criteria mentioned in Section 1.

 

The refund will be processed within two weeks from the date of receiving the returned item.

 

If the returned item does not meet the return policy criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a restocking fee.

 

A credit charge of 3.5% will be applied to the total invoice amount for all credit card payments.

 

This credit charge is non-refundable and is subject to change without prior notice.

 

We are not responsible for any damaged or missing items reported after the 5th day of the delivery date.

 

Inspecting your order upon delivery and reporting any damaged or missing items within five days of the delivery date is essential.

 

Any reports of damaged or missing items received after the 5th day will be deemed as the order being complete and in good condition.

 

Custom orders have a lead time of approximately 7-9 weeks from the point of purchase.

 

Please note that this lead time is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of the custom order.

 

All custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the production process has started.

 

By accepting and processing payment, you acknowledge that all the details provided on the invoice, including the billing and shipping information, item description, quantity, and pricing, are correct.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to review and verify the accuracy of the invoice details before making the payment.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all orders returned after 7 days.

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 

No refund will be made for purchases until the items have safely arrived at our manufacturer’s facility.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable except damaged or defective merchandise.

 

If a door is installed before return, the customer is responsible for the frame charges.

 

Staining or any other modifications to the door will void the ability to return.

 

You are responsible for making all arrangements associated with the return of your merchandise. Items must be received back in their original and unused condition. Any related parts and assembly instructions received must be included with the item.

 

Any damages or missing parts determined once your item is returned will be assessed and deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items safely and securely.

 

Shipment refusals will be treated as a standard return, according to the above policy.

 

Refunds issued for returned orders are credited by check, and there may be a 5-7 business day processing time before you receive the refund check.

 

DDW is not responsible for determining the suitability of its products for specific purposes or ensuring compliance with regulations. Customers are responsible for verifying that all applicable building codes and requirements are met before placing an order.

 

All images of windows and doors featured in DDW quotes, websites, brochures, and product catalogs are only for illustration. The appearance of the actual product may differ due to ongoing enhancements.

 

DDW, custom orders will be stored in our warehouse for 14 days from when the customer is notified of their arrival. Starting on the 15th day, a storage fee of $50 per day will be applied.

 

We will store the items for a maximum of an additional 25 days. After 40 days from the date of arrival, if the items remain unclaimed, they will be disposed of. In such cases, customers will not be entitled to any refund, replacement, or compensation for the unclaimed items.

DDW will not cover the shipping costs for any products returned by any transportation agency or company for items purchased from DDW.
